
Your registration to the event will include open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and buffet-style dinner provided by Common Plea Catering. After the presentation of awards, please enjoy entertainment provided by DJ izzychopz or wander the museum and take part in a self-led scavenger hunt. As part of your admission, guests will also receive a courtesy ticket to the Heinz History Museum that they can use within a year of the event. Parking and hotel information to follow.

As we quickly approach October 24th, we wanted to provide more information to help you plan your trip.
Hotel Block (Update): The hotel block for the event at the Comfort Inn & Suites Pittsburgh-Northshore is closed.
Shuttle Service: A shuttle will be provided to take guests from Comfort Inn & Suites Pittsburgh-Northshore to Heinz History Center and back to the hotel after the event. Shuttles will depart the hotel to the venue at 6:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. and depart the venue back to the hotel at 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Parking Information: There are multiple parking options within walking distance of Heinz History Center. Parking lot options near the venue are provided on the map below. Street parking is also available in this area and free after 6pm!
Dietary Restrictions: Please send any dietary restrictions to Patty Kerns at patricia.kerns@pittsburghpa.gov and we will work with our caterer (Common Plea Catering) to accommodate you!
