This page is dedicated to younger individuals within the Pittsburgh area who are interested in the transportation industry and in networking with other professionals with similar interests.
The American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) has sponsored the idea of forming a group dedicated solely to younger members. ASHE Younger Members formed in the 2005-2006 year and we are continuously looking for additional members.
ASHE membership dues are only $35 per year (Check the Membership page for an application).
Membership opens the door for such events as young member nights and social events, networking, and monthly dinner meetings with ASHE speakers, ASHE education seminars, and also other special events including softball, golfing, and Pirate games. As a whole, the ASHE Younger Member Group is also involved with our parent organization the ASHE Pittsburgh Section.
Throughout the year we team up for many different events and functions:
- Community garbage pick-up
- Pirate Tailgates
- Golf outings
- Dinner Meetings
- Socials
- and much, much more.
